Title I Funds / Title I Nights

Tired of having parent involvement nights without any involvement or parents?

The Teachers’ Lounge Team can create a memorable Title I Family Enrichment Night for your students and their families. You set the budget, we do all of the work, and we will pack the house!

  • All-inclusive events take the planning, prep, and clean-up stress out of the hands of your educators so they can enjoy the event with their school families
  • A unique 90-minute event will be created just for your students that fits within your budget
  • Up to 10 Teachers’ Lounge Team members will be there to run your event
  • Families rotate through engaging stations at their own pace and learn how to become more active in their child’s learning
  • We prove that learning can be fun and work to give parents tips and tricks for practicing skills at home
  • All marketing materials are personally created for your event and include email invitations and event reminders
  • Teachers are asked to attend the event to interact with families and assist with stations
  • Additional items can be added to your event such as character meetings (Fredbird™, Disney Princesses, Batman for example), take-home games for students, and snacks

Pricing Options

Events will be designed to fit within your budget, but the following pricing guideline will give you a general idea of event costs. Please note that these costs are just estimations and will vary for each individual event:

  • General Event Pricing: $2,500+ (includes event prep, set-up, decorations, clean-up, and Teachers’ Lounge team members)
  • Snack: $2 per person
  • Take-home Game for Students: $15-$30 per student
  • Character Meetings: $500 per character
  • Gift Baskets for Teachers: $50-$250 per basket
